In March of 2023, Chef Michael completed a 4 week aquaculture training in both oyster farming and shellfish biology. Needless to say, it’s become a new passion. Table 12 is happy to now offer raw bar as part of our menu this season. We are partnering with the best RI shellfish farms our coastline has to offer to ensure the freshest variety of local oysters and clams.
